Had same problem ordered180cm cat tower $19.99 but paid $36 due to foreign exchange Received grey round fluffy cushion not tower not impressed and can’t get hold of them

They get 1 star for quick delivery but very disappointed with my purchase. I thought I was purchasing a 180cm cat tower for $19.99 which was 90% discount on original price of $100.00. With $10.00 delivery charge. As I'm in the UK that converted to just over £22 altogether. There were 5 pictures for the item, 4 of the cat tree and 1 of a grey round fluffy cushion. Well, all I got was the grey fluffy cushion, that is smaller then the one in the picture. Not had any replies from them.
