Solid company and good product.

I have owned one commercial Tattletale system and I currently own two residential Tattletale systems for vacation rental homes. The systems seem to work as expected but I don't find the system logic or documentation to be particularly consumer friendly. For example I can assign simple names to sensors (e.g. Hallway) but if the alarm is triggered, the monitoring service will tell me I have a Zone 22 alarm. What does that mean? I have only recommended this product to friends who are tech savvy. The customer support is always very friendly and helpful.

I am happy with the service. Period.

System has worked good in general. Software/integration from the desktop is a bit weak/outdated. Hopefully that will improve.

Billing customer support is terrible

I have absolutely no reservations about this company or products. I have been using them for about 4 years to monitor my pole barn which is quite a distance from my home. I have yet to have a failure of the system
