tastytrade has very nice and strong platform ;very helpful staff and very cheap commission

Outstanding Customer Service! I have been with Tastytrade for more than 5 years and have always had incredible response times and great interactions with the trade desk and support team. Simply the best I have ever dealt with.

Great service. Everytime I send an email to the support team I get a very quick reply. No matter how stupid the question is, they will always answer and try to explain.

Marc the guy on customer support made it easy to regain access to my account and continue trading

Great broker and best educational content, 100% recommended.

Logging in is hit or miss. Told password is incorrect, change it, then the next day the new password doesn't work. Spending an hour every morning trying to log in is not worth the time. Once able to log in again I will be closing the account. Something doesn't feel right about the service.

I will like to commend Frank from tech for his exemplary service. As an example, my chart was taking a long-time to load; with his technical expertise and quick understanding of the issue, he was able to propose alternative solutions which eventually enabled my charts to load. Frank also took time and effort to produce screenshots with very useful annotations that helped me to navigate this new platform. His attitude towards service and the prompt tech support he had rendered, has definitely earned my trust as a new client of Tasty Trade.

Extremely Happy with Tasty Trade. Customer service is excellent and when i asked a question about a trade it took 2 minutes for a response. In this day and age that is not the norm. Love the Platform!!!!!
