Amazing product and they shipped super fast! I received my case within a week. I will definitely order from Targus again.

I paid for 3 day shipping and it arrived in 8 days when I was no longer home. I needed to take it with me before I left, so it didn't help me at all and left me scrambling. Customer service is/was non-existent.

So... I bought a (new) Targus wireless keyboard from an Ebay shop. After a coupe of month it started to show some mechanical issues which got worse overtime. I called Targus and they refused to enforced their one year warranty because I didn't buy that keyboard from their OWN Ebay shop!! Really?? VERY DISAPOINTING!! Targus you lost a customer, and count on my word of mouth too!!
