Product was as described and just like the one I bought several years ago. It was started to look a little ragged after about 6 years. Love this case! It’s the best. It even arrived a day early. Thanks for the good service.

The item was NEVER DELIVERED. It was a SCAM of Smartver’s.

Quality product but delivery was late by 3 days and tracking was not reliable.

I purchased a laptop bag and immediately wanted to exchange it for a size down. Targus informed me they don't do exchanges, but that I could return it at my expense for a refund. I did that, but when they issued the refund they deducted what they initially spent to send it to me. Other companies offer free shipping and returns, but Targus does not. Given the difficulty and loss of money trying to make an exchange I decided to not buy from them online again. I'll buy from a brick and morter store in the future and maybe another brand.

This bag is well made. I am a teacher and have so much to carry home and it fits everything. It is comfortable wit padded straps, a padded compartment for my computer and room for binders and papers. It is a great size but also sleek enough to look professional.
