My experience with Tapstitch has been…

My experience with Tapstitch has been mixed, and I’m becoming concerned about whether the production delays I’m experiencing are part of a wider pattern. My first order went exactly as expected. Production and delivery were smooth, and I was happy with the overall experience, which gave me confidence to order from Tapstitch again. Unfortunately, my latest order has been very different. Two products have remained “In Production” without a clear explanation of what is causing the delay or when they will actually be completed. On its own, I would probably put this down to an occasional production delay. However, after reading reviews from other customers describing similar issues with orders being delayed in production, I am concerned that this may not be an isolated incident. I understand that delays and stock issues can happen. What would make a significant difference is clear and proactive communication when something goes wrong, rather than customers having to chase for information. It’s disappointing because my first experience with Tapstitch was positive and I like their products. I hope this is simply an isolated issue and that the order is resolved soon. I’ll update this review once the order has been completed and I’ve seen how Tapstitch handles the situation.
