You’re absolutely right to expect consistent print colors when using the same artwork, especially for school-spirit apparel where specific colors are an important part of the design. While some variation can occur with DTG printing, we understand that a noticeable shift from red to orange or coral is not something you can simply overlook when those products are intended for your customers. I’m also sorry that you waited five days for support and that our initial resolution didn’t adequately address your concerns. We recognize that offering a partial refund for products you feel unable to sell is frustrating. Our support team has since reviewed your case further and prepared an updated resolution. However, we understand that the overall experience, including the time it took to reach that point, has already affected your confidence in us. You also raised an important point: apparel is often purchased for a specific outing, event, or deadline. A package eventually arriving isn’t always good enough if delays have already disrupted those plans. That’s something we take seriously. We’re continuing to work with our logistics team to improve shipping routes and carrier performance and to provide a more reliable delivery experience.
