My daughter has been involved with Tapouts for 6+ months. Since her involvement I’ve noticed such a change. She is able to recognize her frustration and utilize coping strategies. She doesn’t get overwhelmed with anxiety at daily activities. I would highly recommend Tapouts!

Tapouts has been an amazing experience for my 8 year old! After a severe bullying situation, my child experienced anxiety and feeling of worthlessness for the 1st time in his life. He's now back to his happy-go-lucky, positive attitude towards himself, others and situations. The mindfulness and identifying feelings along with the relaxation skills have been extremely useful for him in just a few months. We love the Coach and that he's being taught parts of DBT skills and so much more. We cannot wait to see what else is in store! ❤️

My ten year old son has been struggling with low self esteem and anxiety. We started tapouts about six weeks ago and I can see hints of the little, confident boy he once was coming back. I love to listen to him participate and be a part of something, it has been too long of a time since he has! Thank you Tapouts!

Tap outs has been a very great experience for my daughter. We can really see that it is helping her with her anxiety and she really looks forward to her meetings each week.

Loving tapouts for my 9 year old daughter. She’s been doing it for a few months now. She loves her coach and is thriving with her pod. She often is sharing helpful tapouts tips with her siblings. Her favorite is box breathing and write a doubt-throw it out. Highly recommend!

Our experience has been great so far. I have seen a change in my daughter and it's so nice. Plus the people with tapouta are absolutely amazing they are really sincere in their actions and the help that your child needs.
