Terrible customer service!! I have a defective unit that comes on randomly by itself. I called to get a replacement for a defective product and have to pay shipping for them to send me a replacement for the DEFECTIVE product. I regret purchasing the product for myself and my parents.

Stay Away! Concept is good but I have had multiple of their products fail. If it's not the toothbrush, then it's the base. Reaching out to them is a total waste of time since they updated their customer service policy. What one customer service agent says, the other refutes. Very confusing and frustrating. Stick to the bigger brands.

Don’t believe the hype, being promoted by paid influencers, after paying 199.00 dollars it broke after 2 years, I contacted the company and I was promised a full refund as I’m based in the Uk and they would not send a replacement. Paying this much for a tooth brush you wouldn’t expect it to break in that short time. I have been contact by several agents all asking different questions, even though I had answered all the information, questions, sent pictures, sent my original order number and after 2 weeks of emails , I have just been refused a refund, even though I was advised I would be getting a refund. Poor customer service that have zero idea what they are doing, selling a defective product. I have gone back to using my £80 braun electric tooth brush that I have had for 7 years and it works way better. As I said don’t believe the hype.
