The brush cleans good! However, the vibration is uncomfortable especially for sensitive teeth and gums.

Wish my cord would work better. Have to wiggle it and hope it works for the disinfectant toothbrush holder. I would’ve given 5 stars. I wrote an email the day I received it and didn’t get a response, so that is why only 3 stars. The cord I believe has a short in it. I’ll fix my review if we can find a solution to the problem. I’m using the portable one that takes batteries at the moment. But I paid for the big one. Update: no one has reached out and it is now July 12.

I will be returning if you send me a link please. Even the slowest speed is uncomfortable for me. I loved the features of the unit like a clean spot to rest the brush and disinfectant but the irritation in my mouth kept me from brushing too long. I’m sure it works for some but not me

I was getting very concerned that my Tao clean was not coming! I like to be reassured when I spend money that the product is good and worth my time. It is finally here and I am enjoying using it!

My experience would have been better if your company would ship to P.O.Boxes. I live in a very small community on a private road. In my case, we do not have rural delivery at my home. All our mail goes to our P.O. Box. Because you do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, I had to have the shipment sent to my work address. I will also be retiring soon, which means I won't have an alternate address to offer in the near future.

Tooth brush bristles don’t move. Just vibration. Need lower settings.

It took a couple of months to receive. But, so far, I like the product.
