One drawback is that it has to remain plugged in all the time. I wish it had a built-in rechargeable battery so it could be used without being connected to a power outlet. With today's technology, I expected it to have a charging system that would make it more portable and convenient. I purchased two of them, and now all I see are connecting wires around our small bathroom sink, which makes the space look cluttered.

I like the design and UV protection What I didn’t expect was how the vibration would feel on my teeth and in my mouth. I guess I have very sensitive teeth. Update: I’ve now used this product for three weeks and getting used to it. It has removed staining on my teeth especially spots not reached with regular brushing. I now recommend this product as it works as advertised.

The toothbrushes are aweful. Your teeth do not feel clean that I also have to brush with my old toothbrush The brush part was to soft and not cleaning the teeth properly

The equipment arrived in fine shape. I am not yet using it - surprised there was no instruction booklet. Did not realize I was getting a travel attachment. I see I need to go online to get it going. Really???? Could have a written brochure instead. 😳

I don’t think it cleans as well as my old toothbrush. It is very gentle .

I was really excited to get this toothbrush and the UV cleaner for the brush is a great feature. It looks nice and stylish and I like the color. I am disappointed in the brush itself. First, it does not clean nearly as well as my 10 year old Oral-b. The vibration is light and actually tickles my mouth. It did not get between my teeth the way my older brush does. I brushed my teeth and could still see food particles.i used my old brush after and it cleaned my teeth much better. This toothbrush is not for me.

I'm loving the sanitation side of the new brush, but I don't love the actual brush for when I am brushing in back of the top teeth. We will stick with the new ones, but maybe a smaller rounder brush will come soon.

I wanted to call someone to discuss this situation with a human but I tried and was left hanging. First, I saw an ad the other day right after I received my Tao and hadn't even used it yet. The ad had all I received I believe PLUS a travel carry bag. I received a portable sanitizer/charger and nothing to carry it in to keep it all safe so I asked for a bag to be sent and I was basically put on hold (the automated thing I was typing to was supposed to get a HUMAN to talk to me and decide if I could have one sent. That human never came. Next, my brush turns off frequently for just a split second. I am not touching the button and it doesn't quit for long but I am concerned that this one may be defective. I would like to hear back from someone. I work until 5 but I am free on Fridays. But I can be reached by email as well. Thank you. I would appreciate your consideration and perhaps have my unit replaced because it does it several times during each brushing.
