I have had it for a week and so far I love it. It helps a lot with the fact that I have arthritis in my hands and helps reach those tough to reach spots and I love the UV sanitation feature!

The delivery was fairly fast. The product was hard to open from box. The product works well but feels unusual at first then you get used to it. The toothbrush cleans well with the two settings. I feel that my toothbrush is perfectly clean each time I use it.

The shipping was longer than I had thought. It was worth the wait. I absolutely love this toothbrush!!! My teeth feel super clean. I went with white and it is an attractive tool for just sitting out. I am pleased.

I wasn't comfortable with using it at first. I have very sensitive teeth. The company worked with me and my concerns. They provided me with softer brush heads which are a lot more comfortable for me to use. Still s little shocking if the back of the brush hits my teeth, but I'm using it regularly. Look forward to hearing what my hygienist thinks at my next dental visit.

So far, I like the toothbrush and it arrived quickly, nicely packaged. My one complaint is that there no instructions included in the box.

I love the toothbrush, the timer and way my teeth feel like I just got home from the dentist. I would prefer to have the base be battery operated as well. Having the base plugged in on my bathroom counter proves a bit difficult.

Your feedback means a lot to us. Thank you for sharing your experience. You may be interested in the Umma Go which has a battery powered base, but it does not charge the handle automatically.
