I love how it cleans. What I don't love is the light on the base unit. I wish it could be dimmed because it's just too bright at night.

Thank you for taking the time to us a review! If you turn your unit upside down, you'll notice a small button under your unit. That controls the night light on your base and can be switched off.
Shipping and packaging was fine; tough to open but product was secure. Disappointed that we received only one travel stand despite two products ordered (one for me and one for my husband); not sure about number of other items as well.

I just switched to TAO from a different electric toothbrush and the diffrence is amazing. My teeth feel dentist clean! My only complaint is it's loud.

Tao clean setup was fairly easy & took only a few minutes. The plugged in the charging system to power up the unit prior to my first use. The brushing experience was great & felt very smooth & clean afterwards. Didn’t know that there was 2 intensities as there was nothing to explain in my shipment. Found online! Would purchase again.

The shipping time was longer than I thought. It took 11 days. However it was delivered and easy to set up. Charged in less than 2hours.

My teeth definitely feel very clean after brushing, but I do have some gingivitis or early periodontal disease. So my gums have been a bit sore, though no bleeding or anything. I do wish there was a softer brush head but I'm sure I will get used to it. I love that it keeps it's self clean. The sectional timers are very nice. No missed areas with that.
