I like the style and the concept of the system as a whole but the strength of the vibration (even on the low setting) seems to be a bit uncomfortable for me. I even ordered the sensitive brush and it still felt a bit uncomfortable for me.

The vibrating force of the unit is way to strong even at the alternate levels. The travel unit is way too large and bulky. Price of unit in my opinion isn’t worth the value. I’ve only used this unit4 times and returned to using my original oral b toothbrush. What is your return policy?

Opened the product and it was in pieces. The bottom wasn't attached to the toothbrush base. I was able to get it on, however, but makes me wonder about quality. I don't know that it works as well as my previous well known brand. Seems to leave behind things on the teeth.

I like the concept of the Tao toothbrush but I have very sensitive gums/teeth and the brush bristles are too firm for me even on the low setting.

The size of the base is a problem on my small sink counter. I do like the night light effect. My teeth are a little whiter but not cleaner than sonicare. I don’t quite understand the speed difference - don’t notice what that actually for.

It wasn’t necessarily TAO’s fault I didn’t research how long the delay shipping was. I figured an extra week or so not a month! Also the speed really wasn’t more than my last brush. Does seem to stay fresher in the hub. Wish the travel on was more of a travel case. No travel case is a set back for me.

Just received your toothbrush it seems to work all right how do you write something in a couple of days? I think it works like my other toothbrush don’t know if it cleans better. I haven’t had it long enough.

Just received two toothbrushes. In the ad it stated you get free gifts. We got only one set of gifts. I phoned the company which said check your invoice. It states one set of gifts only even though I ordered two toothbrushes. I was expecting two sets of gifts. This wasn’t clear on the product page before I paid. That’s on them. I was tricked.
