I like how clean my teeth are after using. I wish it had more settings. It is a little vigorous for my liking. But I will continue to use it because I think it is better than the standard manual toothbrush.

I had a Sonic before the Tao that lasted 15 years! I love the Tao but it quit on me less that a year after I bought it. Tao replaced it with a different version. Will see how long this one will last. Crossing my fingers!

The ordering and delivery went smoothly. It did take me a while to get used to the brush, though - the first time I used it, all I could do was giggle because it was so very tickly on my lips and tongue. My previous motorized toothbrush had a round brush that spun around. This one is the regular rectangle shape and it just vibrates like heck. I loved the idea of the brush head being protected, which was why I ordered it. Not sure if this will be my main toothbrush, but it will definitely make me laugh.

The chat was easy, and seamless. Communication was great. The first shipment replacement didn't make it out to us. I had to write back and check on the shipment after 5 days. I was told it was in route. When I realized it still hadn't arrived I wrote back again . The agent quickly checked and realized the first one got stuck somewhere and the shipment wasn't moving and placed another replacement. That replacement came pretty fast afterwards.
