Shipping and delivery was very easy. Thus far I really like the brush. My teeth feel cleaner not even a week into usage.

Thank you for your review. It really helps our team continue to improve.
Love how clean my teeth feel. Ordered two, would haves loved if two replacement heads were included with Each brush. Would also have liked instructions on usage in the box or on the box. None were included. One of the units was not lighting up. My husband found that there is a button on the bottom of the unit, when pressed, the unit now lights up.

So far I really like it. My teeth feel amazingly clean like I just left the dentist. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that it's really intense and the sound is a little loud. Like the dentist office tools :-) but my teeth feel really clean! I'll update this review when I go to my next cleaning thank you!

The Brush is great, the gel pen is tricky and a bit annoying with how long you have to keep it on your teeth.

I love how quiet it is and brushes well. Looks great. The only thing, the brush it came with a few bristles fell out while I was brushing. I put a new one in and that one is great.
