Overall very good experience.This is only my first week still in using the new tooth brush so I will have to see if there is truth in whiter teeth in two weeks. The arrival of the product was great as it arrived within 5 days of purchase. I like that there is the phased 30 second phasing for each area of the mouth similar to my former Oral B toothbrush.

I have seen some improvements thus far. It's been a little over a week now.

Love the tooth brush. It is a bit bigger than I expected, but I will gladly deal with that. My teeth feel like I have just come from a teeth cleaning at my dentist office. the only reason for the 4stars is I ordered a couple extra heads. When they shipped one was broken. After providing the info they requestedI did not hear anything for a while. Finally recieved a email message that new brush head was on the way. Recieved another email that brush had been delivered. After checking the front of my home and my mail box...NO BRUSH!

The brush takes some getting use to in terms of the noise and that my gums and teeth are sore after use. Delivery was great My husband’s brush lights up continuously. My brush’s light used to fade in and out and now it doesn’t light up at all. WHY??

I like the toothbrushes but I have a concern…mine charges 24/7 — the white charging light is always on except right after I put my toothbrush in after brushing when it turns blue while cleaning it. My husband’s does not stay on all the time. I sent a text describing the issue and got no response. I think there’s something wrong with mine and I’d like a response to let me know how to resolve it.

Both units came well packaged and quickly. I ordered the lilac one and on first impressions, I really love the aesthetic and thought it would look good in my grey and white bathroom. In some of the adverts, the units were shown as freestanding in bathrooms, so I thought it was rechargeable. However, once delivered when I read the instructions, it appears that to sterilise the toothbrush you have to leave the base plugged into the mains and then place the toothbrush into the unit. However, there are no plug sockets or USB connections in the bathroom. The unit will not work if it is not plugged in. So I cannot put it in the bathroom with the toothbrush on charge when not in use. I am very disappointed, as thought I could charge the base, and display in bathroom with the toothbrush on the saved charge. Now I have to leave it on charge in the bedroom and take the toothbrush to the bathroom, so not able to display my elegant unit. This is quite an expensive item and I think it should be made more clear in the advertising that this is not re chargeable This is the reason I only have given 4 stars. The cleaning is very good and easy to use. I haven't used the smaller travel unit yet.
