it took forever for the product to arrive. I do not like that the base has to remain plugged in. I thought that the base would be charged and in turn would be able to charge the toothbrush and clean the brush . Then you would recharge it when the base needed recharging. I expected there’d be a signal light or something like that to let you know when to recharge. It’s unsightly to have the cord hanging insight all the time. As far as the clean provided by the toothbrush, I am pleased.

The Tao Clean did not come in protective box and did not come with any of the several free items promised so I am a bit disappointed and I already sent email about this and still nothing!!!

It is nothing special. Not worth the wait of three to four weeks to be manufactured. The bristles don’t move if you press too hard and brush too softly it doesn’t seem to do anything I don’t know how it moves 40,000 strokes if it not moving, just vibrating? The price should be about 39 dollars It should shut off after a few hours not need to stay plugged in all day.

The product seem to take to long to be delivered after it was ordered.

I’m trying to get used to the vibration of the brush. Even on the sensitive setting the vibration is still too extreme for me.

I like most features. However, I tend to apply too much pressure to my gums when brushing, and I was disappointed to discover that there was no warning feature to alert me when this was occurring. Also, the toothbrush head is a little too large, so I am spending twice as long brushing my teeth. At this point I am leaning towards send it back.

It took me a long time to figure out how to order extra heads! everything almost forced me to order the entire system again.

It doesn’t clean in between my teeth. So then I have to go back and use my regular toothbrush. Not as good as I had hoped. And my plaque problem hasn’t changed at all. I still have to scrape the plaque off.
