I didn’t realize your toothbrush head so long and not round. I have been told by a couple dentist to use the round brush heads because of the way my teeth are aligned. Also I still have not figured out how to use the bottom part of this device. I find your direction non existent and only want to sell more things to you.

I was excited to receive the new Taoclean for my daughter but the product we received was a lemon. The base doesn't light up/charge despite changing outlets, and even using my own plug. So I emailed customer service but instead of sending me a replacement, they sent me a return label but said that I have to pay shipping costs for the return, plus shipping cost for the original shipment!!! This is ridiculous. I can understand paying for return shipping if it's due to my own fault, but when it's a manufacturing defect, I shouldn't be paying for return shipping. What a scam! Update to my review above. I appreciate the quick response from Taoclean to clarify and refund the shipping cost of returning the faulty product. I did put back a star but ultimately the buying experience was disappointing and wasn’t what I expected.

Was extremely happy at first. I purchased 3 TAO clean electric toothbrushes last year and was so excited when they were received. I gave 2 as gifts and kept one for myself. They worked great, felt like I just came from the dentist. Then one of the handles cracked down the side and I had to contact customer support for replacement, which involved taking 2 or 3 pictures and replacement was received in a couple weeks. On another unit, the base cracked down the inside and I was concerned that water from the toothbrush would impact it working, so I had to contact customer service again. They then insinuated that i had pressed/forced the toothbrush unit into the base to cause the crack, which I did not do. I again had to take pictures and a new base was sent to me a couple weeks later. Now, 6 months or so after receiving the replacement handle, it only vibrates 1/2 the time and I again have to contact customer service. These have a lifetime warranty, so it isn't a bad deal, but I think they are made with subpar plastic which is too thin and cracks easily. Also, when I purchased these, no where does it say that it is a subscription service. I now buy my replacement heads from Amazon Marketplace from others who were also mislead.

The vibration is way too strong for my mouth.

Purchased this sleek product advertised as a very efficient and quality electric toothbrush. After a few months the base would not charge and I am currently unable to repair it. Reached out to Taoclean twice and there was no response. Very dissatisfied with this product and customer service.

Not what it claims to be. It doesn’t whiten your teeth as advertised. It’s definitely not as good as its competitors. I think Oral B is far and above this product. It’s expensive and I don’t think I would recommend it to anyone!

We purchased a Ona Facial brush with all the different attachments a little over 8 months ago. It was not part of our regular routine but was used perhaps once ever 10-14 days. We liked using it. When it stopped working recently, we contacted Tao. They required us to video tape executing 7 steps involving plugging in, charging and turning the product one. After we emailed them these videos, agreed that the product was not working properly any longer and they would organize replacement of the product. They then informed us us that we would have to pay for shipping out the replacement- $10. After confirming our address, they emailed shortly afterwards and said shipping would actually be $20 to us. Absurd. This product was defective. We already paid for shipping it to us. If the product had worked, we would not need another one. Why am I paying more to have the product I already paid for. They should have paid for shipping a replacement product to us. Poor business. I would recommend thinking twice before supporting this company with a purchase. They do not stand behind their products.
