When I ordered the toothbrush, I thought I had ordered from a site that offered the free heads and whitening pens. When I opened my package, I was disappointed to see they were not on there. I guess I should have confirmed before I ordered.

Love the toothbrush. Feels like I just stepped out of dentist office. However, the only negative was that I ordered two but only got the free gifts for one. Disappointed because the second one was a gift.

I’m marking a 4 only because I’m not comfortable with the device yet-it’s different than the brushing I am accustomed to-it tickles! The whitener was a little tricky to activate. Delivery was great!

It's really good, wondering if they have softer brushes?

Shipping time was rather long. I am satisfied with the product although I wish the ortho brushes would have been advertised more clearly. I did order them and received within a week.

I like the product and the delivery process was as expected. I would like more instructions with the product rather than directing us to the internet to download the full directions manual.

To date, the product has met my expectations. However, I noticed a missing component that I had anticipated being included in my order. The description indicated that it would be delivered with a travel pouch, but I did not receive it. Despite this minor inconvenience, the product is functioning as intended and has exceeded my expectations. I am satisfied with its performance and the color it possesses.
