Love the design and how clean the toothbrush stays. I only Gave it a four as I am waiting to see if my teeth lighten as advertised.

Communication was upfront about shipping and arrival was prompt The product works well for me and now with the softer brush heads t works even better I feel like there should be an option to receive those at purchase instead of the regular ones.

The Tao brush came quickly and the gold color is beautiful. I am switching from an Oral B electric brush, so I am getting used to the smaller head. It seems to be doing a good job cleaning.

I love using the toothbrush. Your company was great to send a replacement when I reported that the sanitizing light did not come on (inside) when I put the toothbrush in place. The replacement unit doesn't light up, either. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I was very confused as I got 8-9 ads showing 65% off never offered more than 45%. I contacted your customer support and they offered me the discount. I was shipped 2 units in a plastic shipping bag. Not in a box as shown in the facebook video ad. The boxes of the units were crushed and broken open as well as a hole in the bag. The units and brushes were floating free in the bag. Not sure if this will be an issue on their performance.

I like the toothbrush although I find the brush very soft. I also was a little disappointed that there was only 2 speeds - I expected more such as something for deep cleaning and something for gums
