I loike the brush just wish the brush would be more adult size and not as soft

Nice system, love the "clean & sanitized" toothbrush. Great results on plaque but.....not one shade whiter. What toothpaste do you suggest? I've used 5 different ones so far with no results.

The shipping time was great! I only waited a few days, and was impressed that it was here so soon. Also, Shop is a good source to watch shipping progress. The brush is very attractive, and there was so much stuff in it. My biggest issue is that the manual is online only. I want a physical one, and threw away the packaging before I realized the QR code was on there.

I ordered 2 of the tao toothbrushes during you sale with several free extras. The delivery service SPEEDX delivered to a different neighborhood. That service does not have any actual people to speak with. After trying to fix the issue with the delivery service and trying to retrieve my package from the house it was delivered to I contacted TAO. They were very quick and efficient in their response and handled the issue right away. They offered a full refund or to send out a new shipment. I chose to receive a new shipment since I was looking forward to trying their product due to all the ads on my facebook. Delivery was quick and this time made it to my house. So far I really like the toothbrush. Customer service is amazing and so far the product is as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the first shipment not making it to me.

The brush works great. However, it will take some getting used to the smaller head and the speed

I like the idea of the system sterilizing the brush. The reason I didn't give it five stars is that after using the teeth whitener that was included, I didn't see the difference in my teeth that I expected given your ad.

I have never used an electric toothbrush in my life and I am 71 years old. So far it seems good and I will know once I go to my dentist if it’s made any improvements. I am not seeing that it has whitened my teeth as it states that it will, but at this point I do feel it does clean my teeth well. With a regular toothbrush, I always would brush my tongue and made my breath feel better. Do you have something like that to brush your tongue with

I do like the toothbrush and I am glad I ordered it. I did not give a 5 star rating due to value. I admit, there must have been some code I missed and I ordered it because it was supposed to come with the travel holder, replacement heads and the teeth whitening stick. I only received the toothbrush. Very disappointing. I accept I clearly missed a code, but it reduced my satisfaction level.
