TAO CleanReviews of taoclean.com

I like the overall concept. I wish there were more than just 2 speeds, really fast or really slow. I also need much softer brush heads. The standard ones are hell on my delicate gums. Can I exchange all the brush heads that came with the package for soft brushes?

After using it almost a week, I'm finding that the brush head just doesn't stay connected. It continues to come loose and pop out. I keep trying to find better ways to connect it, but it just doesn't want to stay in.

I like the UV cleaning. When I received my order, one of the toothbrushes was open, but the other two were still sealed. I'm older, and it's often difficult to navigate websites to email or chat, so I called as the brochure states to talk to someone live and was redirected by message to email. I still haven't figured it out. You can call me at 510.377.0663 if someone is so inclined. I also want to know how to order the case for the travel sanitizer

I do like the looks of the TAO Clean and how it sanitizes but the power on/off/speed button is right where I hang on to the handle. So I'm always changing the speed. Also, I'm used to a small round brush and not sure I like that is longer. It's harder to get into the space in between my teeth.

Great follow-through. Good service. So far, the product is working well. I wish it had a better traveling case.

I don't like the vibration. I prefer circular motion.

I'm not sure why the preorder was necessary. The product is mediocre. It's an electric tooth brush. It does no better than my oral b, and I already had a sanitizer. I suppose the price wasn't horrible with the discounts and the extra things that were sent along, but it's just like so much that is advertised these days... It's hype.

The toothbrush turns on & off while brushing. I’ve tried holding it differently to make sure I wasn’t hitting the button but I don’t think so. The clean I feel on my teeth is good though. But it is annoying.
