TAO CleanReviews of taoclean.com

Not true that it whitens teeth. Also, I ordered two; one for my husband and one for me. Only received one travel base and only one set of extra brushes. Contacted company and was told you only get one....what a scam.

do not understand how to use what i think is the sterilizing machine. the directions and visuals don't make sense. may return.

I have enjoyed my toothbrush up until last month. It won't charge anymore. I honestly think this product should last more than a year but it didn't. I would love a replacement if its possible. I don't think I should be charged for a replacement either.

I have received my tooth brush. However I am not tech friendly so printed instruction on use and care would be greatly appreciated.

I know this sounds weird, but the rapid vibration tickles the inside of my cheeks and it's pure torture. I dread brushing my teeth. And when I try to brush the front teeth, up top, I can't get the proper angle for only the brush bristle to hit my teeth. I can feel the base vibrating against my teeth and it feels like they could break. I have used Oral B electric in the past, so it's not like I'm not accustomed to vibration. I just really wanted to love this.

Not impressed with the power of the toothbrush. I see no difference. A lot of money for this item

My teeth are not whiter in the slightest. The generic sanitizer died within a month of deliver. I purchased in October, and the main unit has worked until I changed the brush heads with the replacement TAO sent. Now the toothbrush won't stay on. I did all their troubleshooting steps (it's not rocket science) and they responded by asking for a video showing the problem. Like, seriously?! Forget it, that's just too much work for an expensive, obviously NOT well built product. Will be looking at other brand.

The only reason that this product is getting a 2is because it works really well. But it’s broken the tip of the bottom of the toothbrush keeps falling off. It’s this round clear knob with the logo. Since the moment it first arrived I tested the product and it came off. I know that if I “glue it” back that shouldn’t happen again. But it’s brand new and that shouldn’t happen to it. I hate the hassle of returning something and there’s nothing wrong with the product itself.
