Email said DHL delivered on 25 July but my doorbell camera did not record any deliveries from DHL. So I have not received my toothbrush.

I have experienced nothing but pain with this toothbrush. I cannot get it into a 'sensitive-mode' and it just annihilates my mouth. I find myself hardly brushing with it anymore, just going manual instead. It's such a shame, too, since its best accessory is the sanitizer.

TAO does lots of fancy marketing but I suggest you NOT buy their product. They promised they would include several extra and free items with my purchase, but were missing when it arrived. Contacted them, got empty promises that they would take care of the issue. TWO WEEKS went by and NOTHING!! Just multiple promises from their AI “assistant “ claiming to notify their “team” to assist me. Another week and no response from anyone except their “bot” who made more promises. Save your money !! Not worth the aggravation !!

They offer two free items and I bought two kits and only got one set of free advertised items. When I complained they tried to justify why I don’t get the 2nd free set and went as far as to tell me the shipping costs if I bought them separate how much I would pay for shipping! If I wanted the extra set I could buy it for $19.99!! What a joke. I wouldn’t recommend End this to anyone. Want to talk about costs they lost a customer over an advertised free gift with you purchase.

Arrived broken in torn up packaging, it took multiple days after I sent in photos for the return/exchange to be approved. I had to take it to a UPS store to be shipped back. Still waitng on the replacement

Their customer service is terrible. I have tried for 2 weeks, through email , phone call , chat to resolve a problem with my toothbrush. I finally decided to just send it back and still can’t get any help. People will chat and then say a member of our team will email you… NOTHING!!! I’m so frustrated. I would not advise buying anything from this company. You can’t even go on their website and set up a return!

We're so sorry this was your experience! I'll be reaching out directly regarding this.
Product does not work, base will not come on. Videos and photos sent to Tao and they keep passing the ticket. No refund received. I’ve contacted PayPal and shared all correspondence, and they are taking over getting the refund now.

It is too big and needs to be plugged in to charge all the time. Expected better.
