I love the toothbrush; my teeth definitely are whiter and cleaner! I would have given five stars, but I don't love the color I chose, champagne; it has an old-yellow look to it.

Thanks for your kind words. We’re happy you had a great experience with our product.
I really enjoy my tooth brush. IT feels good and my hygienist has remarked on the improvement in plaque build up on my teeth. The only issue I have is with whitening. It isn't whiting my teeth as much as I thought it would. Maybe that's just my teeth. Over all two thumbs up!

This is a great toothbrush, which made it worth the wait. I can only guess that it took over 3 weeks to receive it is because I picked a very popular color. And they had a rainbow of lovely colors to choose from. Finally, I opened it up, got it setup and was loving it. Imagine how terribly disappointed I was when I was just starting to brush my teeth and my Tao just stopped working. Just stopped. But then, when I reached out to customer service, they were awesome! I wasn't going to be picky about color, so I had my new toothbrush in just under a week. I did have to reach out, via email, but got rapid responses even if it was late at night. 5 stars to the C.S. people! That being said, I have yet to get the defective unit sent back as I have not received a return mailing label. I'm sure with the terrific customer service that I will receive it soon. The only reason I didn't go with an overall five star review is that the original one did stop working. I still highly recommend this amazing toothbrush. It makes my teeth feel dental professionally polished.

I like everything about this product except I’d like a softer bristle. Other than that it’s too notch item.

I live the 30 second warning and 2 minute turn off Totally hate the sound of the vibration, it is very loud and annoying.
