The brush is good. Have had the experience of cleaning unit coming unplugged while I was out of town with the brush still in the charging phase. For some reason it ruined the disinfecting/charing unit entirely. You graciously replaced it. Brush great, but your delivery outfit for replacement brushes are a bunch of lying lazy dogs. Get another one. “Speedy” I think it was called.

Love the product, just didn’t have a great beginning experience as 2 units didn’t work properly. Customer service was great getting me a replacement it just took a long time 2x.

Pros: Customer service is excellent. I ordered three adult Tao toothbrushes and one child's. The child's brush was missing when the order arrived. I contacted customer service and they responded within the hour, asked a few questions, and escalated the case. Someone from the higher tier also got back to me within the hour. They shipped a replacement and threw in several bonus gifts to make up for the trouble. Genuinely impressed. The adult toothbrushes are excellent. They look great, work well, and leave your teeth feeling like you just left the dentist. I love them. Cons: Shipping took forever. I live in Hawaii, so I expect some delay, but four weeks per order is a lot even for us. Because of the missing child's brush, that order took eight weeks total. The child's toothbrush isn't just a mini version of the adult one, which is what I assumed going in. The base only runs a UV sanitizer, powered by AA batteries. It doesn't charge the brush. To charge it, you plug a cord into the end of the toothbrush each time, which is a lot to expect a young kid to remember. The charge does last a while, so it's not a daily hassle, but the adult version just sits in its holder and charges automatically. That's a better design and I wish the kids' version worked the same way. I also have two adult brushes side by side and their lights aren't quite consistent, one is noticeably brighter than the other. Not a big deal, just a little annoying. Overall I'm very happy with the adult brushes and have already recommended them to friends. One friend ordered right away and loves hers too. The kids' brush falls short in a few ways, but the brushing itself still works well. They feel a little intense the first time you use them. It takes a bit to get used to and figure out the best technique. I love the timer that pauses between each quadrant. It really helps you brush for the right amount of time in each area. Overall, I love the product and the customer service has been incredible.

So far so good! Only had it for 1 week so I need more time! I love that it sanitizes & has 30 second intervals & shuts off after 2 minutes! Fast shipping!

My customer care and shipping were excellent and much quicker than anticipated as I read how fast demand was.I love that I'm using a disinfected, dry toothbrush each time I brush following meals.The pauses during brushing is a good reminder and help to brush each quarter of my mouth adequately. I am a new orthodontic patient wearing invisaline trays to straighten crowded teeth. I wasn't expecting the humming noise that seems loud as I brush my teeth without my trays. It is also shrill over certain parts of teeth.

I like TAO clean but, I really can't tell a big difference? Maybe I am not brushing correctly?

Everything came within the time frame stated. I enjoy using the toothbrush. I was rather disappointed in the toothbrush sanitizer though. It is battery operated. I would think that an electric one would work a lot better.

Love the TAO toothbrush but wish the strength levels were a bit less. I use it on the low setting and it feels a little bit too strong for me still. I just want to make sure I don't hurt my gums.
