I would say the one thing that was not great was the timing in shipping. I did not receive our order for nearly a month.

The brush is working fine and seems to clean as well as other electric brushes. The sanitizer is why I purchased your product and so far so good.

I’m still getting used to the toothbrush since I was just using a manual toothbrush. I like the timer on it and am using the sensitive teeth setting. I like how it works and that it is sanitized each time.

Good communication throughout the shipping process, and the product arrived earlier than expected. I love the toothbrush—it makes my teeth feel incredibly clean! I’m not sure about the teeth-whitening pens yet. I haven’t noticed any improvement, but I also haven’t been using them for very long. My only complaint is that the plug is very large and sticks out several inches from the wall, which really doesn’t work well for my space. Because of this, I use the travel sanitizer base for daily use and then charge the toothbrush with the regular base once a week.It’s certainly not ideal, but this solution works for me. Hopefully, the plug/charger design can be improved in the future. Overall, I’m very happy with the toothbrush itself!

I just love the product. Not sure if anyone else has noticed but my teeth are the whitest they’ve been in 10 years. I wish the brush heads were available in local stores

I like the way that it cleans my teeth and that it's quieter than my last electric toothbrush. Plus I like knowing that it's getting dried and sanitized after each use.
