I do like the way this toothbrush cleans my teeth, but after I put it in the holder, and then take it out to use again eight hours later, or even overnight, the brush is not completely dry.

I can't see much of a difference after using the toothbrush for a week. I will continue using it for awhile longer before I decide if I like it.

Loved it at first! Been using it, buying refills and it has started to make a whining noise and blinking on and off. Not the blue light. Reached out to customer service and they have you send videos and pictures which is understandable but now having to send it back and they will check it out before maybe sending you a new toothbrush. I was going to buy this toothbrush set for my daughter and her husband, now really thinking I should just give them the money. Lol. Im saddened by how they handle the whole situation. Especially after I sent everything to them to justify my problem. Do better please.

Brush head is a bit small. No travel cap for brush head. Had asked very early for a color modification to my order. Seems as though this request was simply ignored after first response.

I ordered three Tao Clean toothbrushes for me and two family members. As a bonus,a travel bag, a travel sanitizer, whitening pens, and brush head, were included---for ONE of the toothbrushes. I have to say that I thought each toothbrush ordered would include the bonus, but it didn't. So, though I didn't get the bonus for all brushes ordered, we each got a toothbrush, and we are all enjoying using them. It's the first electric toothbrush for each of us, and we all like the brush and the sanitizing feature.

The toothbrush is nice. However the claims that it will whiten your teeth is misleading. I have been using the toothbrush for about 2 mos. My teeth were not yellow to start with so I thought that over 2 mos they would be white. They are lighter but not white. I will continue to use it because it does a great job to brush your teeth. I like that it is being dried and sanitized in the base.

The shipping time was long due to me choosing to wait for the pearl white to be shipped. Regretting that already as the Pearl White gets dirty if I have makeup on my hands. I am a big fan of the base because the toothbrush head seems more clean. Drawback of that is anything on the handle that is not dried off runs down to the brush because you tip it upside down to put in the base. My brush keeps turning off during the brushing. I can turn it right back on but it is annoying and I think the head of the brush seems small.

I really don't like brushing my teeth with a flashlight, but here I am. I have written to purchase a replacement piece, but I've gotten nowhere with their customer service. I'm kinda fed up actually, as this is a bit stupid and completely because the end piece with the company logo fell off on day two. Shame to, I think I would have liked the product otherwise, but I don't need the flashlight in the morning.
