TAO CleanReviews of taoclean.com

I was promised 2 free brush heads, 2 whitening pens and a travel sanitizer when I ordered my toothbrush. I did not receive nor has anyone responded to my 2 emails asking when I will receive my promised freebies. Am still waiting to get an answer before I order my husband this toothbrush.

I received my Tao clean but decided I wanted to return it, not because it doesn’t work but because I don't like the fact that it must be plugged in at all times. I’ve request a return and refund but am still waiting for them to respond. According to the website there is a 30 day no questions asked return policy. I don’t understand what could be taking so long to process a return. Hopefully I hear something soon otherwise that was a big waste of money. UPDATE. I received a partial refund from the company.

I am writing this so you will beware of TAO's over promise and under deliver policy.. I purchased directly from TAO- two Diamond Sonic Toothbrushes. Each set was supposed to come with the extra free items- two tooth brush heads, whitening kit and travel kits. Well, they sent it for only one Toothbrush set and not the other. I have called and emailed for days to try and talk to someone. FInally, I received an email from Siena customer care and she explains that the deal is only one set of additional goodies was all I qualify for. After spendig over 200.00 and buying two sets I thought two sets of tootbrush heads, whitening and travel kits would arrive. They said I would have to have purchased them seperately to get that offer for both brush sets. No where on their web site does it say that. I have since asked for a full refund for both unopened units. She advised me their customer service department would reach out and help me with that. Still nothing from them. I have sent numerous emails requesting an RMA # so I can ship them back. (By the way they will deduct 9.95 from your refund for you to send it back and you wont get your original shipping charge you paid back either). It has been 15 days and still no RMA or response. They are counting on the fact of dragging their feet past their 45 day return policy so that I am stuck with their product. Their customer service and concerns to try to make the situation right is terrible. Once you buy from them they are done with the customer. Beware of TAO

I bought for my husband. He received it about 13 days ago. He liked mine so I bought him one. The problem is the volume levels on mine are better than his. His are very very low volume how can I replace his? Please let me know ASAP. My name Lydia ORDER # TA01048944. I would appreciate your help with this. Thanks

The power to the toothbrush is weak. The bristles are soft. My teeth do not feel clean. The device is pretty on the counter. Whitening? Have used it for two weeks and no change.

The product is amazing!!! Bought one for my husband as he has Parkinson's and I want to ensure good health for him. However when I was on your website it included whitening tubes and a travel size cleaner. I didn't receive them and I even bought one unit for myself and also committed to every 6 months on refills on the brush heads. We do love the the way our teeth feel. You can feel them super clean! On the site it showed the whitening and the travel cleaner free with a purchase and I purchased two sets and didn’t receive the additional free items as website said

The main base does not work but the travel one does so I use this but do like the toothbrush even though now and again it seems to take a while for it to speed up so have to use it like a regular toothbrush

The head of the tooth brush is to small.
