Great, now that I can use it. The charger was not included in my product package. I contacted support and took a photo of the contents received. A charger arrived a few days later. I am very pleased with the product. I have always had a problem with brushing too hard with an electric toothbrush in order to get my teeth clean enough and now I don't have to. I love how clean my teeth feel with just letting the toothbrush do it's job! I have already subscribed for new brush heads. I cannot see going back to a "regular" electric toothbrush once trying TAO Clean!

The package came very quickly. It was super easy to set up. Great instructions. My teeth feel much cleaner and my dental hygenist commented that my new electric toothbrush makes a difference.

Absolutely love this toothbrush. My teeth are cleaner and my last cleaning was so much easier and quicker.

Well since I've only had it for a short time I think the brush is great. The only thing i suggest is putting different levels of cleaning on there.

I feel confident that the brush is regularly cleaned. I've been using it for more than 6 months and and I had an excellent report after my visit with the dentist.

I got a cleaner feel from my Tao than from my other electric toothbrush...my first dental visit was great! So I am happy with the Tao.
