Fast service but I do not like the quality of the brush head. I ordered a larger one but not a great improvement and very expensive. The mechanics of the holder work well, I like the sanitizer. The travel holder is too cumbersome for travel. I have not used the whiting brushes yet. Company is very responsive.

I ordered 2 units and received 1 travel bag. Also there was only 1 set of whitening pens and no extra brush heads

Hello Susie, we're sorry to hear you didn't receive everything. We're reaching out for more information.
I like that it whitens my teeth, then dries and sterilizes the brush. I like the built-in timer. The brush head is a little too firm and flat for me. It needs to be corrugated to get between the teeth and grooves more than it does.

It took a long time to receive my TAO package and when it was delivered it was dropped off at the house across the street! Luckily my nice neighbor brought it over to me as she noticed the name and address was not hers! I am getting used to the TAO but wish I had ordered brushes for sensitive teeth. I find the brushes that came with my unit are a little too stiff and I also ordered extra replacement brushes which are the same type. I'm hoping to get different ones next time . I like the cleaning holder and design which looks nice in my bathroom.

When I try to change the speed it is difficult to hear the 30 second change. My teeth don’t feel as clean as when I use my sonicare.

I'm still getting used to using an elong brush and hearing a noise when I hit my teeth. I'm not seeing much of a change yet but my teeth are smooth after using. Give me some time to try it all out.
