I requested instructions to return the products that I purchased to get a refund. Instead of receiving assistance I got multiple questions and no help. I still have not received any response from anyone regarding assistance to return the products and receive the refund. I was going to try to keep one but at this point, due the lack of communication and customer support, I am going to return everything.

The delivery service was horrible. My order took much longer than expected, and communication regarding the delay was very poor. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. TAO Clean needs to significantly improve its shipping process and customer service. The quality of the product made my teeth feel very clean.

I received my brush the outside night light works but there is no blue light cleaning the brush head. It is not working. The travel cleaner works but not the big one. Very disappointing.

I do not like this brush and want a refund. How do I get this done?

The 3 products I purchased developed mold and I ended up in the hospital and they refused to get back to me about a refund.

The actual toothbrush may be fine but it missed yesterday’s delivery date. From experience , the Customer Service number has the “CEO” talking about here to support you and then before you can leave a message the line goes dead. Took a week for an email response and 3 more emails to have question not answered. Waiting on a Tao brush that should have delivered yesterday. I called the courier SPEEDX at the number on the tracking info and the number was disconnected. Buyer beware!

I was charged $98.95 on 07/10/2026 for the item and it did not arrive for over 30 days. the status still said it was processing so I called to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel it. I refused the package when it finally arrived the second week of August and have yet to see my refund. I tried calling Customer Service today and was left on hold for over 30 minutes and then disconnected and I tried your CHAT however was told for 45 minutes I was being routed to a human which never happened. I am going to contact my bank tomorrow and dispute your charge since I refused the item upon delivery.

The product SUCKS!! I’d like to return it if there’s a way.
