I found the toothbrush hard to get used to. I've always used a soft toothbrush, and this brush is quite hard. I'm also sensitive and haven't gotten used to the vibration yet. I keep trying to get used to the vibration because the clean i get is very nice.

My first one was great then I bought a new one in a different color and the tooth brush stop working correctly...very disappointed...will not spend anymore money one a new one

The sound irritated my ears. I tried to return it but navigating the return site was very difficult. I decided to keep it but am unhappy. I hope others are more pleased than I am.
