Great customer service! I found that the brush heads that came with it were too rough for me and the company sent me two sensitive heads for free. Now I love it!

I love the product, how it cleans with the smaller brush head that easily gets into all areas comfortably. And I love the fact that it sterilizes the brush in the cradle when done. Looking to purchase more for my grandchildren. . .

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this new toothbrush. I have used electric toothbrushes in the past that I bought at my dentist office. However, the new TAO CLEAN toothbrush is absolutely amazing. I’ve only been using it a week and I can tell a huge difference in how clean my teeth are. Also, my teeth are getting much whiter. I would definitely recommend this toothbrush to my friends and family.

Next to having your teeth cleaned at the dentist, using the Tao is the next best thing. The handle is shaped so it fits nicely in your hand. It has two speeds. I prefer the faster one. Finish and rinse the brush. Place it back in its retainer upside down. It will dry itself and sanitize the brush. I am in love with the toothbrush. What a wonderful product.

I have dry mouth a lot with my cpap, plus I wear a mouth guard during sleep and regular toothbrushing was not getting the residue off of my teeth in the morning. I love my Tao; its like I just got my teeth cleaned at the dentist. I am using the sensitive setting since I have a few sensitive areas, but it works so well. My teeth feel professionally cleaned after every TAO brushing.

As a cancer patient I really like this toothbrush! I like the timer for the four mouth brushing/cleaning quandrants, I like the gentle bristles of the whitening/cleaning brush heads, I like the sanitizing function of the charger/toothbrush dock, and I like how the toothbrush looks on the vanity next to the sink. I'm very happy that I made this purchase.

I contact Tao due to a problem I was having with my Tao toothbrush. They asked me to send them pictures of the problem and then they sent out a whole new unit. The problem was handled quickly and I received the replacement within just a few days.
