I really love this app, and I need rewarf

OK if I could give them a zero I would. Been trying to get my issue resolved for 2 weeks. Website crashed in the middle of my order and I have been trying to talk to a live person for 3 weeks.. Sat on hold not once but twice for an hour. No person. Their AI doesn't work. It's ridiculous I ha e screen shots I can't attach to show the hold time I'm owed a $100 gift card and can't get it.

Great product, simple and easy to use! Employee's love it as they get to choose the gift card of their liking!

Terrible customer service, I was on the phone for nearly 90 minutes with someone who didn't know what she was doing. In the end I asked to speak to a manager and my issue was still unresolved. Waste of time. Highly do not recommend.

I really enjoy this app,

I was happy there was the ability to send money in different currencies. I had to convert the amount myself, which is my I gave it 4 vs. 5 stars, but I understand the limitations with that as exchange rates fluctuate. Thanks!

I love the simplicity of using Tango, while giving my tenants the option to choose which gift card they actually want (instead of me trying to guess which gift cards will go over the best).
