I wanted to share feedback regarding a recent issue with the activation codes on gift cards purchased through Capital One Rewards. The Tango team was outstanding and handled the issue proactively from the beginning. They resolved the problem much faster than expected, providing exceptional customer service.

I had a good experience with Tango Customer Service. The team was polite, helpful, and professional. They listened to my concerns and provided clear information to help resolve my query. I would never use this service the company that I worked for close several years ago and I ended up finding these supposedly non-expiring gift cards in my email totally $75. I have no access to the email that it was sent to however I was smart enough to send them to myself before the company dissolved. So I just remembered I had them and they had no expiration date I attempted to have my receiving email address changed. Because the address that it was originally sent to is no longer in existence just like the company. I sent chat messages I've sent emails to this company and they refuse to do anything I even stated that I could show them and prove to them that I was the original person that it was sent to my name is in the email address that it was originally sent to I have an ID that has my name on it that matches the email address that those cards were originally sent to. They still refuse to do anything. They said they take security very seriously well what other way to prove who I am then they show you copies of my government ID. Therefore these cards do have an expiration date because I can't use them because the company and the email address that I received these cards on is no longer in existence which means that that had no way of following up with that company and having them change my email address. This is bogus and both ludicrous and I hope nobody else runs across this issue because they're going to do absolutely nothing about it.

J'ai gagné fin juillet une carte visa de 25€ sur mistplay, je l'ai utilisée. Je viens de gagner une autre carte visa de 25€ de mistplay mais lorsque je vais dans le lien la nouvelle carte n'y est pas et le solde est 0€ alors que je ne l'ai pas utilisée, je me suis inscrite mais la nouvelle carte n'y est toujours pas. Je trouve ça lamentable
