£100 in rewards held hostage for a month. Repeatedly lied to by support.

RESPONSE TO MAURICE V. (22nd Sept):Maurice, an open-ended "shortly" is not acceptable. Supervisor Kevin M. personally promised an update by today and completely broke that commitment after admitting in writing that your internal system fault (EGIFT_VDE1_502) caused my family severe distress at the supermarket checkout. The £100 vouchers must be emailed to me tonight. If my inbox is empty tomorrow morning, I am proceeding with the formal filing to UK Citizens Advice and Trading Standards at 9:00 AM [CRA15]. The reference numbers are in your system. Fix it now. CRITICAL UPDATE (22nd Sept):Yesterday, a named supervisor (Kevin M.) personally emailed me regarding Case CS21682325. He explicitly acknowledged the £100 total value and the severe distress caused when these faulty tokens failed at the supermarket checkout, leaving my family without our food budget. Kevin explicitly promised a direct update within 24 hours. THAT PROMISE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY BREACHED. No update, no vouchers, no points refund. Total corporate negligence. I am now proceeding with formal legal logging with UK authorities. UPDATE:I actually attempted to use these vouchers at the Tesco supermarket checkout to pay for my family's groceries. Because your systems are locked under internal error EGIFT_VDE1_502 / Active Suspension, the vouchers failed. I was left at the checkout completely unable to pay for my food, facing immense public embarrassment and humiliation—all because of a backend glitch your team admits is internal. I have three separate Tesco gift card rewards issued via Mistplay and fulfilled by Tango Card since 19th August (Total: £100). All are blocked by an internal system error: "EGIFT_VDE1_502 / Active Suspension". Tango Support explicitly admitted via email that this is their internal technical fault.I contacted live chat on 15th Sept and was promised a 24-48 hour fix. Nothing happened. I contacted live chat again on 17th Sept and was told it was escalated to the "specialist team". Nothing happened. Today (19th Sept 26), I received another generic email from Carlos stating it is just now being sent to a specialist team.This is an unacceptable loop of broken promises for a backend system glitch. I need a manager to manually void Reference IDs RA260819-4441217-76-1, RA260827-4458482-81-1, and RA260906-4477430-35-1 and email functional replacements immediately. UPDATE FOR MAURICE V. (21st Sept):Maurice, I did not receive a formal information request email from Trustpilot, so I am providing the details hereTrustpilot blocks email addresses publicly, but you can find my account instantly using the Reference IDs in my main review text. Your customer care team promised a supervisor would email me yesterday (Sunday 20th), but this deadline was completely broken. Please search those Reference IDs, have a supervisor manually void the tokens, and email my £100 Tesco vouchers today before my 17:00 UK deadline for legal escalation.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service 20 days ago my £25 Tesco gift card didn't work, I waited 48 hrs as the message said. I rang tango and was told they had sent an email and to fill in the details, which I did straight away, 10 days later still no response or new card. Email them 4 times over the next 4 days and finally they replied and said they work escalate my email and they would send a new card with the next 24 hours, 3 days later still nothing. ***Update *** after receiving a response saying I will hear shortly, it 3 days later and still no card. It gets worse I received a message from black hawk who said I have to go back to mistplay, which I have and they are saying I have to go back to Tango. WIll SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!
