Take Command is a SaaS platform that helps companies reimburse employees for health insurance. Offering seamless administration for Individual Coverage HRAs (ICHRAs) and Qualified Small Employer HRAs (QSEHRAs), Take Command was the first end to end ICHRA solution on the market, the first to bring a viable partnership model to brokerage firms, the only HRA administrator invited to the White House when ICHRA was announced, the only company to offer in-house, personalized enrollment support for employees, and a founder of the HRA Council. With clients in all 50 states and clients ranging from 3 to 3,000 employees, Take Command has helped more than 5,000 companies take command of their health benefits. Take Command is proud to be named a best place to work by Modern Healthcare, Builtin, and Dallas Business Journal, and has won countless awards in the startup and innovation sectors.

Thank you, Jennifer! Glad we could help.
Simple and straightforward. I was making the switch from my current health coverage to a new plan and Take Command was so supportive and informative in the process. It was nice to have trust and confidence in my plan selection and be able to use it with the my current employer benefits

No help with helping me assuring that my doctors will be covered. I was told to verify myself. This really is a bad process!

Hey Leslie! Super sorry you are frustrated and we want to make it right. We listened through the recording of your phone call and our enrollment representative actually did a really great job. We always advise employees to verify directly with their doctor rather than relying solely on our system. That extra step is important to ensure accuracy, since some provider offices don’t regularly update their network data, which can make the third-party source we reference less reliable. If you are unhappy with the plan you chose or feel like you need more help, don't hesitate to reach out. We'd be happy to help.
very helpful. very nice.

Thank you for the great feedback! Glad we could help.
Take Command's team did an excellent job in communicating throughout my request for support, from the initial email request, progress update, and confirmation everything was addressed satisfactorily. Responses were prompt, helpful, and on point.

Working with Take Command is supremely frustrating. Noone answers the phone, ever and the Chat Bot feature never works correctly. It's almost impossible to reach someone when you need to.
