TAG MobileReviews of tagmobile.com

Misleading bait-and-switch advertising and terrible customer service. Do not waste your time with Tag Mobile. They are running incredibly deceptive advertisements offering a promotional iPhone 17 to get you to switch to their carrier service. However, the entire thing is a scam to get your information. Every single link on their website for this promotion is broken, and you can’t even select or view the device. When I emailed them to ask for the actual qualification criteria, their customer service completely ignored my question. When pressed, they just gave a lazy apology, claimed the phones "sell out quickly," and immediately tried to push me to buy a completely different alternative device and switch to their service anyway. It is a total bait-and-switch tactic. They advertise a premium phone they have no intention of providing just to trap you into looking at their other options. Their infrastructure is broken, their support is unprofessional, and their business practices are full of garbage. Avoid this company at all costs—they will just waste your time.

They advertise free iPhone 13 I believe is the one but every time you try to get one it says daily limit is reached, even at 20;01 they're time. How is that possible like they're review posted. Read all the reviews, they're 99% 1 star, and I see why. Air Talk is much better. Haven't found a great one yet. They deserve 0 stars!🤬🤬

Phone quality: i got the verde hot pepper phone. It's basically a glorified flip phone. It's slower than any other phone I've ever had including the $10 tracphone I grew up with. Apps like Facebook and Tok Tok are NOT functional on this phone Phone Service: worse than textnow. With textnow you can get a sim card for about $5 and that includes delivery. Textnow isn't the greatest but so far it's better than this junk. I'm lucky if I get 3 bars. It's a pain to set up. I regret ever getting this service.

The best way to reach Tag Mobile is through their app or their email. I had problems with my free phone and communicated with them through both. They were very patient and persistent in their attempt to remedy that phone, and when I decided to upgrade toBYOD they made switching phones next to effortless.

we ordered a free iphone and we got an android which is two completely different phones so we are never ordering a phone from yall again

so we were getting an iPhone SE 3 and it said it was in stock 10 bucks and it was all good but then after waiting a couple of days for it they said it was out of stock and put my 10 bucks towards an IPhone XR which can’t run the newest iOS which the SE 3 can and it has more expensive and I just got the xr and the camera is glitching out don’t buy no matter what they will try to scam you

Customer support is nearly nonexistent. Service is very low end. Tried to cancel their service and it took nearly an hour to get them to do it. Had to do it thru chat, as the phone number for support ks an endless loop that waste you're time. Had to repeat the cancelation order. Not.a.good experience. Wojld suggest finding another provider

We got approved for an phone through Airtalk Wireless. Received a defective phone. Contacted Airtalk customer service multiple times and was eventually asked to send photos of defective device and explain what the issues were. The email address provided couldn't receive emails because the mailbox was full. Eventually was able to send photos through. We were advised to contact support again after sending the email with pictures. Customer service said they could not provide further help and we were to contact Tagmobile because that's who was providing the service. Overall I'm genuinely confused because why did they give me instructions and then say we weren't talking to the right company? I think it's a mix of inexperienced representatives and faulty devices. When calling Tagmobile,we couldn't even get through because the phone number and enrollment ID we were given weren't recognized by the system. We weren't transferred to customer service. The phone would just hang up after saying our information wasn't found. I would suggest staying as far away from this company as possible. CUSTOMER BEWARE!
