Ordered a Gift card two weeks ago. I haven't received it, and all anyone can tell me is, it was mailed. Second time I've had very slow service with this company. There won't be a third.

Tackle Warehouse Order #8918293. I never received this order. Reported this several times. Contacted via email and telephone. Tackle Warehouse has been stringing me along. It was promised that the money for this order would be refunded. That never happened. I am very disappointed in Tackle Warehouse. I do not recommend purchasing from the Tackle Warehouse website anymore!

They have gone over and above to help me the few times I have sent something back or had a problem with something. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Great selection, website, customer service and fast shipping. A big thank you to the staff at Tackle Warehouse.
