My tablet case came sooner than projected. On opening, I noted a broken clip, took pics and sent to seller. They responded very quickly, viewed the pics, and sent a new case immediately. I would have been happy with the clip and directions.

The tablet case we ordered is excellent value, but the original order never arrived - the tracking info just ended with it having left China. Upon being contacted, customer support made sure we received a "replacement" case within a few days.

I ordered a case for my tablet online - which always concerns me. Unfortunately the case did not fit my tablet even though it advertised a 9-10 inch tablet. This company went above and beyond to be of service in returning the product complete with return postage! Their responses were prompt, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company for their service - which tells me their product must be worth a try as well.

there was a delay in delivery that was USPS's fault, not tablet2case. otherwise the case is all they said. and the backlight keyboard is great for typing in the dark.

Was very happy to find what I needed as the original company I bought from before doesn't seem to exist anymore. Took a little bit longer to arrive but made it in one piece! The company also kept me posted on the item in question.

Dear Jimmy, Please accept my apologies for this situation. We have tried reaching out to you to try and resolve this issue right away but unfortunately, were unable to get a response. We would like to find out how the case you received was not compatible and provide a brand new expedited replacement or full refund. We look forward to hearing from you so we can arrange this for you. Best Regards, Curtis Head of Customer Support
I looked at many other keyboards and covers but this one met all my specifications, color and compatibility.
