Hello Fabio, Thank you for the feedback and my sincere apologies for any hold-ups of your order. I understand your frustration, and this can be something that we can improve. The situation is due to the surge of demand for the wallet case, where unprecedented issues arise. To make things worse, the specific color in your order was made unavailable without forewarning, leaving us with only to offer a different color that you may second like. Certainly not an ideal situation. I am reaching out to you to offer a convenient resolution to this predicament and looking forward to hearing back from you. Hello Tedd, Thank you for the product review, and I am sorry to read about this unfortunate situation. I reviewed your order information and that the rugged case you received is for Apple iPad 7, iPad Air 3, Pro 10.5 models. However, your comment above suggests you own a tablet instead. The Cooper Dynamo Rugged case is specific to a tablet or iPad model. This can be one of the factors why the rugged case snapped! Your purchase comes with a peace of mind guarantee. I am writing to you directly to help you find the perfect case for your tablet model. I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, Erma Tablet2Cases - Head of Support

Hello David, Thank you for the feedback, and I am sorry that you ordered the wrong color. I have also checked our communication history, but this only dates back to April when you were inquiring about the Space Suit Case for iPad Pro 11 inch 3rd generation. No communication about the change of color request or complaint in the last few days after your 31 Oct order. Could it be that you messaged us from a different email address or channel? Your peace of mind is important to us, and I will be delighted to assist you with an exchange. I am writing to you directly to layout options and looking forward to your reply. Hello Maysun, Thank you for the review. I'm sorry to hear about the unfortunate situation with your iPad, and that rugged case is yet to arrive. I reviewed the order information and can confirm that your parcel will be delivered to your address by USPS. Due to the situation in the United States, the service time and delivery range of parcels may be affected to a certain extent. The best thing to do is to contact USPS to arrange a delivery at your most convenient time and place. Hopefully, this gets to you within this week, so your son can already enjoy the iPad. I am writing to you directly to provide more information and looking forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, Erma Tablet2Cases - Head of Support

Dear Adriel, Thank you for the review. I apologize for the shipping hold-ups of your order. Our shipment is usually faster, but with the evolving pandemic disruption, mail and parcel services are severely impacted. Our shipping partners are delivering parcels within the delay. Despite these challenging times, we are doing the best we can, given the logistics options available on the given day. Your peace of mind is our top priority. It is for the same reason we made sure to provide the delivery timeframe information on the check out process. At this writing, your package has already reached the US and will be out for delivery soon enough. We're as excited as you are to get it in your hands, Adriel. I'm sure it will be worth all the wait! Hello Lisa, Thank you so much for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for shipping hold-ups of your order. We were supposed to ship the order from a local warehouse. However, we ran out of stock, so we reroute this to be shipped from our central warehouse instead. We should have informed you ahead of time. We had you thinking it will take a week for the delivery to take place. I know it is a little bit too late to explain the above. But I hope you will give us a chance to make this up to you. I am committed to doing anything to fix the issue. I will appreciate it if you can find the time to reply to my email so that we can discuss this further.
