Installation team and sales person were great to work with. Customer service and billing is run by 3rd graders. Had the service for four months now and they still haven't worked out how to do an ACH payment on my account. I get a $10 discount for using it, but no discount because they can't manage to figure out how to make it work. Amateurs.....

Kevin was my installer and he was very professional. He walked me through the installation from start to finish and helped me make sure I had my devices hooked up and ready. He answered all my questions and I would recommend him to everyone.

So far the internet service is wonderful, there’s 3 phones and a tv and a computer on doing something all the time and it never slows down, Clancey and his partner were extremely respectful, and had it up and going within about an hour. I 100% recommend giving Swyft fiber a shot!

I super stoked to have Swyft fiber and it was effortlessly smooth and the technician should be in sales because I think that he showed exemplary customer service and should be promoted. Great experience and when it comes to price, it cannot be beat!!!!
