Hello, I got the swimmo watch too late. I am looking for return it. I have been looking for a phone number but there is nothing to contact you. Any way to do it here? Thanks,

Hello, Please contact our support via the contact form on our website (swimmo.com). We will be happy to help you via the proper channel.
Worked well for the first eight months. Now I can't get the daily time. It's very inconsistent with all its swimming options. It's difficult to access the information I want to use.

Hello Susan. The issue you are describing is most likely very easy to resolve. Please log out of your app, force-close it and clear the app data from the phone's apps settings menu. You should be able to toggle the daily watch feature after doing this. If it helped, please consider updating your review. In case of further problems, please contact our tech support directly via our website and we will surely help.
unfortunately you need to wear this watch to realise how difficult to use it is, how hard to sync it is, and how common incorrect lap counts are, and once you have worn this watch your 30 day money back guarantee is invalid. so you cannot get your money back no matter how dissatisfied you are. And yes i did contact your customer service. and no they weren't helpful. It was bought through a third party vendor, but you have advised them that i have to pay to send the watch to Poland at my own expense so that you can test it. I don't feel the watch is faulty i feel it is inaccurate. so my complaint is regarding the product, and how i have no means to try the watch without invalidating my 30 day money back guarantee and that fact isn't made clear in the terms.

Hello. It's hard for us to respond to your case without knowing your order number or name, especially that no recent customer service conversations seem to match your complaint. We appreciate your feedback, but we would like to point out that the return period is visible to you prior to the purchase and it is up to the customer to make their decision within the agreed upon timeframe. Please feel free to contact our customer service directly for assistance with syncing and lap counts. Update: Thank you for updating your review. If the item was purchased from a third-party, it is their own return terms that apply, rather than ours, and we cannot be responsible for the information that was or was not included in their terms of service. Please note that the review on this site is supposed to describe Swimmo's customer service, rather than that of a third party. Your experience with a third-party vendor should not affect Swimmo's Trustpilot rating. We hope that you agree that this is a fair approach. As far as accuracy is concerned, we recommend checking our FAQ section for a detailed guide on how to avoid discounts. As stated earlier, our customer service is ready to help you with issues related to distance tracking - please contact us directly (via the form on our website) with a detailed description of of a specific workout .
I used the watch for about 6 months. Lap counting was very insistent, sometimes it was right, sometimes it was wrong. It was never consistently wrong, sometimes it would skip a lap at the start of my swim or at any stage after that. It seemed to just lose a lap sometimes even more. Battery life started out great and then slowly got worst. Ending up after the 6 months only lasting a 1 hour swim. I always had problems connecting to the Bluetooth on the phone. I ended up buying an Huawei GT2 watch and it is a far better watch for swimming and has plenty of other useful features that the Swmmo couldn't dream of doing.

Hello. Thank you for this feedback. Please remember that 6 months is still within the warranty period. If there's something wrong with the battery (it should last for much more than a 1-hour swim, of course), we will gladly resolve the issue under the warranty terms. Please simply contact our customer service.
I have bought a swimmo watch and used it from July 2018 to October 2019, an estimated 240 hours of use at the most. Beyond the not exactly accurate lap counting, the hard tapping required and the difficulty to see it in an open pool environment, I was somehow very happy with it. However, I had to stop swimming for 8 months due to a surgery and then the covid and to my surprise when I restarted swimming now, the swimmo watch display does not light up. I followed the customer support suggestion to “take the watch to a dark room and see if the display does not show anything at all also in a completely dark setting, or is it just very dim” . Once it was confirmed that the display was not lighting up I got this “Swimmo stands behind its Products" reply “We cannot replace the unit beyond the warranty period and a paid repair of this specific issue would not be feasible due to the way the watch is assembled and sealed”. Their proposed solution was to buy a new watch at a “special” 25% discount. So, on top of the 200$ paid, spend 150$ more for a total of 350$ for a non performing, non repairable product that the company will not back after the warranty period regardless of it having a “by no means a common issue”. I am totally disappointed and wish I would have read the 47% bad and poor reviews before buying it. I would recommend NOT TO BUY A SWIMMO WATCH and look for other watches than have not only the same functionalities but a lot more (i.e. apple) for, in the end, a similar price and a much better stand behind the product policies. PS Users with the same problem could get a large and thick piece of black fabric, cover yourselves with it and go to the darkest spot in the locker room to turn the watch on and off before/after workout. You will not be able to check information during workouts but at least you will get some information and avoid wasting your money again.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you feel this way, but this is essentially a criticism of the general, reasonable, and expected practice of following the agreed-upon warranty terms.
Great service, used them a couple of times and are wonderful. Hope other compnies would follow

Hello Tamas. Thank you for your review. We are glad that you are satisfied with our customer service! Just to clarify: this particular issue was with the Android system memory caching, rather than with the Swimmo watch itself. Enjoy using your Swimmo!
