Best swim watch I have used and I have used 2 other brands. My criticism however is that I am unable to purchase a replacement charger as the one I have is broken. I emailed the support team but have not had a response...not cool.

2 swims, 200 down the drain. Long wait for the watch to arrive , customer service v defensive and unhappy with me complaining the watch had broken and requesting a refund . Offered option of new charger or a repair…… another lengthy wait no doubt. DO NOT BUY, go with another brand that can stand over their product

I ordered a watch for my son for Christmas at the beginning of December. It didn’t arrive until the end of January and I sent it straight back as it was clearly not arriving in time. It’s now the end of February and I’ve just received my refund so this company has had my money for 3months! Their communication was terrible and I had to keep emailing to see what was happening. Even after my Royal Mail tracking said that the parcel had been delivered. I would never buy anything else from this company.

Do not buy. Absolutely nothing the watch reports on is accurate and their return policy is ridiculous.

The watch is very easy to use and works to an accurate level. I would appreciate bigger sized digits on the watch, but that probably has more to do with age and eye sight than the watch itself. The app on the phone is user friendly and easy to track data. The customer service was excellent, they even contacted me to check my address. Very happy customer.

This was a birthday present from my wife as I am a very experienced swim coach based in the UK and it would have been very useful with my training for charity I was doing at the time. Definitely, the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. From day one the watch had major issues and kept shutting down for no reason. I contacted customer service who told me I had to pay to return it with an explanation of the problem. I asked for a full refund at the time because I was totally disappointed with the product but they insisted I return it. It took over a month to come back and they told me there was no fault..what a joke as to this day it still shuts down intermittently sometimes after a few hours after a full charge. I also had to pay the £14 postage as well which they refused to pay me back. Summing up..they did not listen to me or believe me..I have a very wide customer base and I will not be recommending this product. Thanks for nothing Swimmo

This is by far the most accurate "swim" watch i have ever used. It is wicked smart. It understands change of direction, flip turns, pace and splits. The heart monitor is exceptional. The user interface at the watch is simple/easy. The user interface at the desktop is HIGHTLY DETAILED. A 3000 yd swim is going to give you alot to digest. If you are an advanced swimmer, competitor, or coach you are going to want one of these. Coaches - pay attention - you have never had a good tool to monitor heart rates and zone training. Now you do. I did a deep dive into the other options. In my humble opinion - Swimmo is the only option. Some have suggested that a Polish company is a bit scammy. They are wrong. The purchase went perfect and the watch was here in a matter of days. Customer service has been very responsive. They know you are a swimmer and they built a watch just for you. Now do your part - Buy Swimmo.
