Everyone needs to know right now that this company is flagging and reporting negative reviews by saying their experience isn’t authentic. Refer to the last paragraph of this review. Similar to another review, my account was “reviewed” and canceled AFTER spending money on packages and trying to cash out. They have not refunded me a single purchase yet. An email from them cited “violation of ToS”, referring to a vague “sections 4.2.7. - 4.2.9”. When proceeding with further communications, they continue to refer back to violations of these terms without an explicit statement of what exactly happened. In essence, they are able to terminate your account at any time. If you are going to terminate an account for these fake violations, you should do it during the verification process. Not after I spend money. This company is fraudulent and disgusting in their behavior. If they try to keep the money, this will be filed as a fraud complaint and brought up to a small claims court. I’m petty enough that I’ll work to make them lose their gaming license over this. They can give a copy paste response, but until my money is returned, “this decision is final” Update: They refunded my purchases, but my review still stands for now. I had won money but they refused to pay out. It’s scummy to verify you, allow you to make purchases, and play games if I am “violating the terms and conditions” (which they never specific what it was, just vaguely referenced a section in their ToS). Had I played and lost the money, I would have never gotten it back. Terrible experience and am still waiting on my winnings. I have played many, many social casinos in the past and have never had such a poor experience until now. It was so bad that I had to leave a review to warn others who are looking to start an account. If you’re willing to take the risk, then by all means go ahead. But this casino has withheld my winnings and terminated my account, something that has never happened to me before. Terrible. Final update: Sweepstars flagged my review in an attempt to remove it, saying that they do not think my experience was authentic. I sent trust pilot all the evidence and after confirming, my review was put back online. Terrible underhanded tactic by this company and extremely deceptive in nature. Do not ever use this site.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry that this situation has caused frustration and left you feeling this way — we understand how disappointing it is when an experience doesn’t meet expectations. Following a detailed review, your account was closed due to violations of certain sections of our Terms & Conditions, and the reasons for this type of decision are described within the relevant clauses of those Terms. Decisions like this are never made lightly and only occur after careful compliance and security checks. While we understand the wish for more specific details, there are situations where we’re unable to disclose additional information beyond what was already communicated, in line with our regulatory and security obligations. It’s also important to note that not all activity leading to such decisions can be identified during the initial verification stage. Some compliance reviews continue in the background as account activity develops, which means restrictions may occasionally occur after verification or gameplay has already taken place. We would also like to clarify that your eligible purchases were refunded, as confirmed in your update. We genuinely regret that this situation affected your overall impression of Sweepstars and are sorry your experience was not a positive one. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you all the best moving forward ⭐
honestly, with this being one of the newest casinos, I have truly fallen in love with it. And they are so easy to get a hold of and our true to their word. It is definitely top three worthy. I actually give it 1 million stars not just five try it out for yourself, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

I signed up no problem. Then I tried to purchase coins but was directed to verify my account. I went through the procedure and it said I was verified yet when I tried to purchase coins, it said I needed to verify. I contacted customer service, they asked me to resubmit documents, which I did. Then I get an email telling me that my account is suspended. Whatever dude. Guess they will not be around very long. How can they when they just suspend accounts for no reason.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that this experience felt confusing and frustrating — we understand how disappointing it can be when you’re unable to continue after completing verification steps. In some cases, accounts may be suspended following additional security and compliance checks required under our AML and platform safety procedures. These reviews happen after verification submissions and are designed to ensure a secure and compliant environment for all players. When certain matches or risk indicators appear during these checks, we may be required to restrict or suspend an account. Decisions like this are never made without review, and they are not taken lightly. While we understand this outcome is disappointing, these measures are an essential part of maintaining fairness, security, and regulatory compliance on Sweepstars. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you all the best moving forward ⭐
I'm very satisfied with my Sweepstars experience so far! I've had great promo package offers every single day and the one time I had an issue with a bonus it was a technical issue and they resolved it quickly. Support (personal manager) is kind and very eager to help. When I redeemed it said it could take up to 7 days but I already got my payment after redeeming just yesterday. I was so pleased about that. Definitely legit and they have great game selection.
