The site does not have a built in KYC system. i asked support how to purchase a package, and I was told to email my id to them. No explanation. I did a little research and asked questions before I sent my documents. Problem is, I had taken the sign up bonus and tested a few of the games, running my balance up to $116. I received a very abrupt email stating that he system could not verify me and I was banned, decision final. I have never had trouble with KYC verification on any site. I agree with the other negative reviews. This site is a scam. The inflated positive reviews on here are false. Seems like quite the scheme to collect identities.
