Hi Joshua, we're sorry your experience has left you feeling this way. Every redemption on SweepJungle goes through identity verification and a review before it's processed, and timing can vary depending on the checks for each account. We'd like to see where your request stands, so please share your account email through the Trustpilot information request we've sent and our team will look into it. 🌿 The SweepJungle Team

Hi Jasmine, we understand how disappointing this is after redeeming without issues before, and we're sorry you were left without clear answers. Verification is part of the Terms & Conditions for every account, and a redemption stays on hold until each review step is complete, so timing can vary from one request to the next. We can't see account details here, but if you share your account email through the Trustpilot information request we've sent, our team can check the status of your redemption and explain the next step. Hi Anh, two weeks of waiting on a pending redemption is a long stretch, and we apologize for the frustration it has caused. Each request is reviewed before it's processed, and the timing depends on the checks for that specific account, which we can't see from Trustpilot. Please share your account email through the Trustpilot information request we've sent, so our team can review your request and explain where it stands. We'd also encourage working through this with our support team before taking any other steps, so any concern about your purchases can be reviewed directly. The SweepJungle Team

Hi Calvin, we're sorry your redemption has been sitting for weeks, that's a long stretch to wait without a clear answer. Every request goes through a review before it's processed, and timing depends on the checks on each account, so we'd rather look at yours directly than guess here. Please share your account email through the Trustpilot information request we've sent, and our team will check where it stands. 🌿 The SweepJungle Team

Hi there, we're really sorry you're still waiting on your second redemption and haven't been given a clear answer. Each request goes through its own review before it's processed, so timing can differ from one redemption to the next, even on the same account. We've shared your feedback with our team, and if you reach out to support, they can check your account and tell you exactly where this one stands. The SweepJungle Team

Hi Richy, we're really sorry it felt like something was taken from you, that's never how we want a reward to end up feeling. Rewards and offers follow the promotional terms in our Terms & Conditions, and any change to a reward balance only happens after a review of the account. We can't tell from here which offer you mean, so please share the email on your account through the Trustpilot information request we've sent, and our team will look into it. 🌿 The SweepJungle Team

Hi Dylan, we hear you, and we'd like to replace the general responses with a proper look at your account. Each redemption is reviewed in line with our Terms & Conditions, and we want to understand what's keeping yours on hold. Please reply to the information request we've sent through Trustpilot with the email on your SweepJungle account, and our team will take your case from there. 🌿 The SweepJungle Team
