SWA SabersReviews of swasabers.com

Went with 3 stars because order hasn’t arrived yet… my son has been eyeing these for months and finally saved up enough money to purchase. It is breaking my heart, thinking he may have just got scammed. Order was placed March 9th, no updates in the order. I have now emailed twice with no response. Crossing my fingers my little one didn’t just get his heart broken, he so very excited!!

I was worried that this buy 1 get 2 free deal is to good to be true. I was totally wrong. My kids and I picked out the 3 sabers. Took a while to ship, but once it was in fed exs hands it came within the 3 to 5 days and I'm on the Big Island, Hawaii. Customer service responded quickly to every email promptly. The light sabers came and we are in love. The 13 yr old son and 8 yr old daughter love it. We have battled multiple times already, and they are totally duel ready. We are already saving up to place another order before the deal runs out so our family can have them and duel, we need at least 2 more sets for us to have one in every hand. Gonna have to order a couple staffs as well.

I ordered my 3 light sabers over 2 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped them. I planned on using these as birthday presents and yet I won't be able to due to this. They say they ship items in 3-5 business days. That's a lie. I also ordered a complimentary light saber. But they canceled it without reason. I never canceled it. But it seems like they aren't very competent. Why offer a free light saber if you never intended to actually give one away? It's a lie.

When I saw the ad I was skeptical. Three stellar looking replica lightsabers for the price of one?!? It's madness!! There's no way this could be legit. I convinced my wife and held my breath. They arrived today and I cannot be more pleased. The customer service person put up with my almost daily shipping inquires very professionally. If you are looking to buy a few dueling sabers you won't regret this purchase.

It took 3 weeks from when I placed the order to when they arrived. But well worth the wait!

Should have put more research into this company before placing an order with them. Poor customer service and still waiting for my package to arrive so I can get a refund.

These savers stand up to the true test of strength between two 25-year-olds fighting out in the yard. Durable, stylish and overall immersive experience come included with the purchase of these sabers!

I was a little leery at first about the 3 for 1 deal, but figured the price was good enough to give it a shot. I ordered a couple of weeks prior to Xmas and arrival was delayed. When I contacted customer service they responded quickly explained they had a back log of orders so things were delayed. But, once the sabers arrived , TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT. These things are great, the kids and I have been fighting with them for two weeks and not a dent or scratch. Although they look great and spund great they are not wall hangers. Grab a pair and it's battle of the fates time.
